By engaging with Artis Wall & Floor Printing ("Artis") for any services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Artis provides wall printing, glass printing, floor printing, and related visual installation services across all 7 Emirates of the UAE. All services are delivered as agreed upon in the project quotation.

Quotations & Payment

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue
A deposit may be required before work commences
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT where applicable

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate dimensions and surface information
Ensure the installation area is accessible and prepared on the agreed date
Approve final designs before printing commences — changes after approval may incur additional costs

Warranty

Artis provides a warranty of more than 2 years on all installations, covering color fading, peeling, and cracking under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, deliberate damage, or extreme environmental conditions beyond normal UAE indoor use.

Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any designs, logos, or images provided to Artis for printing. Artis accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from client-supplied artwork.

Limitation of Liability

Artis's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
